Best Workspaces 2025

On October 9, 2025, the winners of this year’s Callwey Architecture Awards were announced during the Best of Architecture Summit at Design Offices Macherei in Munich – including our office building SkyOne Offices in Würzburg.

With the “Best Workspaces 2025” award, Callwey honors the 50 most outstanding work environments and office buildings that exemplify future-oriented, intelligent workplace design – an international architecture award for innovative workspaces and office architecture.

We are proud that SkyOne Offices has been selected by the independent jury. Together with our architects SCHMELZLE+PARTNER, we have created a building that combines modern working environments, high-quality spaces and functionality – for our teams, our tenants and our guests. Today, 7 innovative companies with over 150 people work here every day and show what modern, flexible and collaborative work truly looks like.
