Opening of the new company headquarters
We have moved into our new headquarters: SKYONE.offices in Würzburg, Germany. The office building is located in the urban, innovative, new industrial area "Skyline Hill". Our premises are on the top floor with great views. The remaining office units were quickly leased to renowned companies. Like the internationally active Haufe Group or Schneider Engineering. In addition to Bike Exchange (online bicycle exchange), BTC (IT-Consulting), SWC Bearings (rolling bearings) and AFPRO Filters (air filters).
Together with our tenants and many interested guests we celebrated a big opening party on 28. 09. 2023. With bright sunshine and blue skies, there was a champagne reception in front of the building, delicious catering and many highlights, even for the little ones. Architects, builders and tenants walked through the offices and explained exciting details. The visitors were particularly impressed by the rounded glass fronts and the different design options of the new offices.
SKYONE.offices was designed by the renowned architecture firm Schmelzle + Partner, who conceived an avant-garde building envelope with a flexible interior and innovative technologies. The building sets new standards in Würzburg not only in terms of design, but also in terms of sustainability and innovation. The energy efficiency house meets the KfW standard 55. Modern cooling and heating sails on the ceilings ensure an always pleasant climate. It is heated with sustainable district heating from the city of Würzburg. In the car parks there are 10 solar-powered electric charging stations, on the roof a large photovoltaic system. With the “fiber to the desk” system, fiber optic cables run directly from the local switchboard to the terminal at the workplace.
