Success for EKC.AG: Handelsblatt removes false Article

We are pleased to announce that EKC.AG has successfully taken action against Handelsblatt GmbH. Following intensive legal proceedings, the disputed and factually incorrect article has been completely removed from both the Handelsblatt website and its ePaper offering at the request of our legal counsel.

The removal was carried out — as demanded — to protect our company’s interests and reputation. Although Handelsblatt GmbH deleted the article without acknowledging any legal obligation, this does not alter the factual correction achieved.
