Dear colleagues and partner,

In response to our letter of formal notice dated April 22, 2025, Handelsblatt GmbH

has since withdrawn the publication of the article in the Handelsblatt of April 16,

2025, page 23, under the headline: "Russia's chrome supply depends on a supplier

from Franconia" in the course of an amicable clarification. The legal department and

the editorial team have also arranged for the deletion of the online article, the corre-

sponding e-paper edition and all posts on social media and have since confirmed this

to us in writing.
